Every home Michaels Custom Homes builds carries direct ownership involvement — from contract through closing, and beyond. A superintendent may run the day-to-day on site, but the person whose name is on the company is on the project: visiting the site, signing the contracts, answering the call.

That standard doesn't change as we grow. We may add superintendents, project managers, and the people we need to do the work properly — but the relationship between the family running this business and the family building the home is the part we don't dilute. That's the line we draw.
